Heather Nicotri

I have been a personal trainer for a little over 2 years now. Certified through NASM, I am focusing my training on building strength through functional movement, flexibility, and mobility. Fitness has been my passion ever since I was young. From playing softball in kindergarten to playing for the Jr. Olympics. I also ran track and rowed crew throughout my college career. Come train with me Friday nights at 5:30 pm for a total body workout and Sunday at 9:00 am for mobility, strength, and flexibility training.
