What Can I Expect ?
At The Box at Focus, you can expect small, intimate classes designed to give you a personalized experience every time you step in. Whether it’s spin, strength, sculpt, or stretch, each session is tailored to challenge you at your level while keeping the energy high. The lights are low, the music is loud, and the atmosphere will keep you motivated from start to finish. Every class is built to push you, support you, and help you get the most out of your workout.
Where are you located?
We’re located inside Focus Functional Fitness in Boca Raton (141 NW 20th St). You’ll find The Box in the back studio — follow the music and the glow.
What should I bring ?
- Bring good energy and be ready to work!
- Spin classes: Bring water and a sweat towel. We have spin shoes available for rental if you don’t have your own.
- Strength, Sculpt, & Stretch classes: Bring a yoga mat, mat towel (it’s a heated class!), water, and a towel. We also have mats and mat towels available to rent if needed.
Do you have spin shoes, mats and towels? –
Yes! Spin shoes, mats, and mat towels are available to rent at the front desk.
Where should I park?
Park right outside of Focus Functional Fitness. Our plaza has plenty of parking!
