Dean is a certified FRC Mobility Specialist with a strong background in athletic performance and injury recovery. After rebuilding his knee without surgery following an ACL tear, he developed a deep appreciation for the power of mobility work. His experience drives his mission to help others overcome pain, restore movement, and unlock their full potential through functional, evidence-based training.
